Haftung / Garantie
1.1 Schadenersatzansprüche sind in Fällen leichter Fahrlässigkeit ausgeschlossen. Diese Einschränkung gilt nicht für Verletzungen von Leben, Körper und Gesundheit.
1.2. die persönliche Haftung der gesetzlichen Vertreter, Erfüllungsgehilfen und Mitarbeiter von HERWIG PESCHKA & PARTNER OG ist ausgeschlossen.
1.3 Sonstige Ansprüche für Schäden bzw. für die Erstattung der Kosten auf die Kunden sind ausgeschlossen, insbesondere wegen Verletzung von Rechten und Pflichten aus der Verpflichtung und Haftung aus unerlaubter Handlung. Im Falle einer gesetzlichen Haftung, z.B. nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz, oder für Vorsatz, grobe Fahrlässigkeit, Körperverletzung oder wegen Vertragsverletzung gilt dies nicht. Die Ansprüche auf Schadenersatz wegen Vertragsverletzung ist jedoch beschränkt auf typische, vorhersehbare Schäden und bedeckt nur auf die Summe durch Haftpflichtversicherung, verletzt, es sei denn in Fällen von grober Fahrlässigkeit oder Vorsatz oder körperlichen Schaden.
1.4. HERWIG PESCHKA & PARTNER OG maximale Haftung gegenüber dem Kunden für irgendwelche Verluste oder Schäden, die im Zusammenhang mit der Bestellung auf www.handsoff.at ist auf den Gesamtpreis der Bestellung des Kunden beschränkt.
1.5. bei Mängeln an der Ware, die der Kunde erworben hat, HERWIG PESCHKA & PARTNER OG hält sich an alle Vorschriften der gesetzlichen Garantie. Bei Beschwerden über offensichtliche Material oder Herstellungsfehler in von HERWIG PESCHKA & PARTNER OG, einschließlich Schäden, die auf der Durchreise gelieferte Ware, wird dem Kunden empfohlen, sich an; office@handsoff.at zu wenden.

1.1 In case of slight negligence claims for damages are excluded. This restriction does not apply to injuries to life, body and health.

1.5. in case of defects to the goods which the customer has purchased, HERWIG PESCHKA & PARTNER adheres OG all regulations of the statutory warranty. Complaints about obvious material or manufacturing defects in HERWIG PESCHKA & PARTNER OG, including damages, the goods delivered in transit, we recommend the clients tocontact; office@handsoff.at .
